Mount a TV on a wall
Stud wall, bracket supplied by you. Cords stay visible unless you ask for a cover.
Handyman crews in Fresno
Send us a list of up to five things that need fixing. You get a price for each job before we come, then one crew does them all in a single visit.

Job by job
Every job has its own price. These are the ones people send most; the prices page has the rest.
Anything that goes on a wall and has to stay there.
Stud wall, bracket supplied by you. Cords stay visible unless you ask for a cover.
Anchors and screws included. A heavy mirror is weighed before we pick the anchors.
We lay the pieces out on the wall with tape before a nail goes in.
The door that sticks, the lock that wobbles, the trim that came loose.
Hinges tightened or shimmed, strike plate moved, edges planed if needed.
You choose the hardware. We fit it and test the latch.
Pre-hung or slab, hardware fitted, gaps checked. Painting is a separate job.
Holes from anchors, doorknobs and moving day.
Up to a fist in drywall: patched, sanded and primed, ready for your paint.
Up to 12 inches across. We match the wall's texture as closely as it allows.
Old caulk cut out, surface cleaned and dried, a new bead run.
The drip, the dead alarm, the light that needs swapping.
You supply the faucet. Old one removed, supply lines checked, leaks tested.
Same spot, existing wiring, power off at the breaker. New wiring is an electrician's job.
Battery or plug-in units. We take the old ones away.
Your text-back lists the price of each job on your list, and the crew confirms it before work starts.
A sample list
Five jobs a Fresno homeowner might send on a Thursday, as the text comes back: a line for each job.
The visit minimum is already covered, so there is nothing extra to add.
Materials are not in these lines. Your own list is priced line by line.
Sample only. A faucet, light or bracket that we buy for you is added to the invoice at what it cost.
The visit
Four steps, and you only do the first one.
Use the form, text a photo, or call. Up to five jobs, in your own words.
Our dispatcher texts a price for each job and a two-hour window.
The van is stocked for the list: tools, anchors, caulk, patch compound.
Each finished job gets a photo, and each gets a line on the invoice.
Jobs from the list
Small jobs, finished one by one.

Small landlords
Own two to twenty doors? Send one list per address and each gets its own prices, its own visit and its own invoice.
Photos of the finished work go to the number you choose, and a tenant is only contacted to set the time if you ask us to.

We don't work in Madera, Merced or Tulare counties, or up the mountain past Auberry. If a landlord has one door just over the line, text us and we'll tell you.
Questions
Send up to five jobs by form, text or phone. We text back a price for each one and a two-hour window. One crew comes, does them all, and you get one invoice with a line for each job.
We split them into two visits. If the jobs add up to a project, such as a remodel, we tell you, because that needs a written estimate from a different kind of visit.
Every visit has a minimum charge before materials, and the text-back says what it is. A list of two or three jobs usually clears it. A single small job may not.
Screws, anchors, caulk, patch compound and the small parts for common repairs ride on every van and are in the task price. A faucet, door, TV bracket or light fixture you choose and buy, or we pick it up and put it on the invoice at what it cost.
It can. Federal EPA rules for paint in older homes apply when a job disturbs more than 6 square feet of paint inside or 20 square feet outside, and always for window replacement and demolition. We ask the year your house was built when you send the list. If a job falls under the rule, the text-back tells you how it will be handled before anything is booked.
Yes. Guillermina, Zacarías and Nayely speak Spanish. Say so when you send your list and we send one of them.
Send it now and add the rest later. We text back prices before anyone drives over.
