The visit
How a visit goes
From your list to your last photo.
Step 1: You send the list
Up to five jobs, by form, text or phone. A photo of each helps. We also ask the year the house was built.

The list starts on paper or in a text. Step 2: We text back prices
Our dispatcher reads every list and texts a price for each job and a two-hour window.
Step 3: You say yes, or change it
Drop a job, swap one, or pick another day. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
Step 4: The crew comes once
You get a text with their first names when they're on the way. They walk the list with you and start.
Step 5: Photos and one invoice
A photo of each finished job and one invoice with a line for each, paid when the list is done.

Before the visit
What should I have ready?
The parts you're supplying, a clear path to each job, and an adult at home or a lockbox code. Move small valuables out of the way.
Can I change the list after I say yes?
Until the day before, yes. After that we do our best, and the price of any added job comes by text.
Ready to make the list?
It takes a minute. The prices come back by text.
