Mount a TV on a wall
Stud wall, bracket supplied by you. Cords stay visible unless you ask for a cover.
Job by job
A standard job, with what's included. Each gets its own price by text before the crew comes.
Anything that goes on a wall and has to stay there.
Stud wall, bracket supplied by you. Cords stay visible unless you ask for a cover.
Anchors and screws included. A heavy mirror is weighed before we pick the anchors.
We lay the pieces out on the wall with tape before a nail goes in.
Level and anchored into the frame or a stud.
The door that sticks, the lock that wobbles, the trim that came loose.
Hinges tightened or shimmed, strike plate moved, edges planed if needed.
You choose the hardware. We fit it and test the latch.
Pre-hung or slab, hardware fitted, gaps checked. Painting is a separate job.
Nailed, glued, filled and caulked.
Holes from anchors, doorknobs and moving day.
Up to a fist in drywall: patched, sanded and primed, ready for your paint.
Up to 12 inches across. We match the wall's texture as closely as it allows.
Old caulk cut out, surface cleaned and dried, a new bead run.
You pick the color and supply the can.
Flat-pack furniture, put together and put where you want it.
Anchored to the wall when it is tall enough to tip.
Frame, slats and headboard. We take the boxes with us.
Standing desks included.
Bolted to the wall studs or set on the floor.
The drip, the dead alarm, the light that needs swapping.
You supply the faucet. Old one removed, supply lines checked, leaks tested.
Same spot, existing wiring, power off at the breaker. New wiring is an electrician's job.
Battery or plug-in units. We take the old ones away.
Flapper, fill valve or chain. Parts for the common models ride on the van.
Wood gates and fences. Metal and block walls are a different trade.
Every visit has a minimum charge before materials. A job that isn't on the list is priced by the hour for each person, with a one-hour minimum.
Five jobs a Fresno homeowner might send on a Thursday, as the text comes back: a line for each job.
The visit minimum is already covered, so there is nothing extra to add.
Materials are not in these lines. Your own list is priced line by line.
Sample only. A faucet, light or bracket that we buy for you is added to the invoice at what it cost.
Five things: the job itself, what is behind the wall, how big or heavy the piece is, whether you supply the part, and how far up or down we have to reach.
A bigger hole is more than a smaller one
A part you bought is an install price
The text-back names each job, its price and what is in it. It leaves out parts we buy for you, paint, and anything we find behind a wall.
The crew walks the list with you, confirms each price, and starts. If a job turns out different from the photo, they tell you before they go on.
Before anyone drives over, by text, one price per job. The price on your list is the price on your invoice, unless you add a job.
When the list is done, by card or check. A deposit for materials ordered ahead follows California's rules and is written on your estimate.
Small parts are in the price. Fixtures, doors and brackets you buy, or we pick them up and list them at what they cost.
Send up to five jobs. The prices come back by text.
