Replace a faucet
You supply the faucet. Old one removed, supply lines checked, leaks tested.
Part of the list
The drip under the sink, the alarm that chirps, the light that needs swapping.
Small plumbing and electrical swaps where the pipes and wiring already exist: a new faucet for the old one, a new light for the old one. Nothing is moved, and anything that needs new lines goes to a specialist.
Power off at the breaker or water shut off first

Job by job
Each is a standard job, with what's included.
The drip, the dead alarm, the light that needs swapping.
You supply the faucet. Old one removed, supply lines checked, leaks tested.
Same spot, existing wiring, power off at the breaker. New wiring is an electrician's job.
Battery or plug-in units. We take the old ones away.
Flapper, fill valve or chain. Parts for the common models ride on the van.
Wood gates and fences. Metal and block walls are a different trade.
Your text-back lists the price of each job on your list, and the crew confirms it before work starts.
What changes the price
A faucet or light you bought is an install price. If we buy it, it goes on the invoice at what it cost.
Old shut-off valves and corroded fittings can add work. We tell you before we go further.
A high ceiling needs a taller ladder and a second person.
Where there is already a fan or a fan-rated box, yes. A new box or new wiring is an electrician's job.
No. A leak inside a wall or under a slab goes to a plumber. We can swap a faucet or fix a running toilet.
Swapping a fixture in the same spot typically doesn't need one. Anything that moves or adds lines does, and goes to a licensed specialist.
Add it to up to four other jobs and we'll text a price for each.
