Work we send to a specialist
Roofing, new electrical circuits and panels, gas lines, tree work, leaks inside a wall or under a slab, and anything that needs a permit and a licensed specialist. We do the rest of your list and tell you who to call.
If a repair doesn't hold
Call us. If a repair we made fails, we come back and fix our own work. A part carries its maker's warranty, and damage after our visit, or a new problem, is a new job. Your invoice says the same.
Older homes
We ask the year your house was built. Federal EPA rules on paint in older homes cover jobs that disturb more than 6 square feet of paint inside or 20 square feet outside, and window replacement and demolition always. If a job on your list falls under the rule, the text-back says how it will be handled before anything is booked.
